Water-repellent coating resin plating

Excellent anti-fouling and fingerprint resistance! Since it is a low-temperature curing type, it can be applied to resin-coated parts!

The "Water-repellent Coating Resin Plating" features high water-repellency due to its fluorine-based coating, preventing dirt from adhering. It prevents the surface adhesion of oil-based inks, and any adhered oil-based ink can be wiped off, making it effective against fingerprints and other oily stains with its "anti-fingerprint" and "wiping" properties. Being a low-temperature curing type, it can be applied to resin-plated components. 【Coating Specifications】 ■ Heat-curable clear coating: 1 coat (two-component) ■ Curing conditions: 80℃/30min ■ Surface hardness: H (substrate: chrome plating) ■ Coating thickness: 15μm ■ PFOS and PFOA compliant products *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Completely hexavalent chromium-free resin plating

Introducing our "completely hexavalent chromium-free resin plating process"!

Our company has been developing a resin plating process that does not use hexavalent chromium in all plating processes. By combining the "Hexavalent Chromium-Free Etching Process" and the "Trivalent Chromium Plating Process," it is possible to completely eliminate hexavalent chromium from the resin plating process. The "Hexavalent Chromium-Free Etching Process" is in a completed development state, but expanding it to mass production lines is our future mission. We aim to anticipate the needs of our customers and society and realize this as soon as possible. 【Features】 ■ Does not use hexavalent chromium, a highly concerning substance ■ Has adhesion comparable to the conventional etching process using hexavalent chromium (clears peeling strength of 9.8N/cm) ■ Can repurpose existing equipment, minimizing cost increases and maintaining mass production capabilities equivalent to the conventional process *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
